Who can view confidential documents?

Only the uploader can view confidential documents. This keeps sensitive uploads private by default.

Are case lists and hearing history print-ready?

Yes. Key views are designed to be print-friendly, including the case registry list and hearing timeline/history.

How do roles and access control work?

Roles define what your team can see and do. Navigation adapts to role, and approvals are typically limited to Admin/Lead. Advocate CMS supports four roles: Admin, Lead Advocate, Junior Advocate, and User.

Are tasks linked to cases?

Yes. Tasks can be attached to a case so ownership and due dates stay in the same workspace as hearings and documents.

Can I upgrade seats or storage?

Yes. Seats and storage scale with your plan and add-ons. You can upgrade at any time from your pricing settings.

What happens when storage is near the limit?

Storage limits depend on your plan. Your workspace can surface usage indicators as you approach the limit; if you hit the limit, new uploads may be paused until you add storage or free space.

Can I approve or reject documents with reasons?

Yes. Approvers can approve/reject uploaded documents and attach a rejection reason for clarity and auditability.

Are private notes supported for cases and clients?

Yes. Keep internal notes attached to a case or a client for fast context during follow-ups.

Can admins add custom calendar events?

Yes. Admins can add organization calendar events alongside hearings (where enabled in your workspace).

How does sign-in work?

You start by selecting your workspace (tenant), then sign in to access that workspace. Each workspace has its own users and billing.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. There are no lock-in contracts. Cancel anytime from your dashboard. Your data remains accessible for 30 days after cancellation.

Is my data safe?

Yes. Advocate CMS uses encrypted storage, role-based access control, and geolocation login tracking. Data is backed up automatically.

Do you offer annual billing?

Yes. Annual billing gives you 20% off the monthly price. For example, the Base plan at ₹2,000/month becomes ₹19,200/year (save ₹4,800).
